Indonesian English Lecturer Association President Congratulates Members Awarded National Research Grant: A Strategic Milestone Toward Academic Excellence
Manado – The President of IELA (Indonesiang English Lecturer Association], Dr. Delli Sabudu, S.Pd., M.A, extends heartfelt congratulations to all association members who have successfully secured the 2025 National Research Grant awarded by Ministry of science and technology higher education(Kemendikti Saintek).“This achievement is far more than an administrative success; it is a powerful testament to the intellectual rigor, critical perspective, and academic integrity upheld by our members,” stated Dr. Delli Sabudu,S.Pd., M.A in an official statement released Saturday (31/05). Dr. Delli Sabudu, S.Pd., M.A emphasized that such a prestigious grant is not awarded lightly, it demands research proposals that are relevant, urgent, methodologically robust, and bold enough to address complex national challenges.“It is important to stress that this grant is not a platform for ceremonial or generic research. It is a national academic forum that requires researchers to be grounded in real-world issues, to present innovative methods, and to deliver outcomes that can inform policies and tangible practices,” she affirmed.The President also called on all awarded researchers to maintain the highest standards of research implementation, budget transparency, and commitment to delivering outcomes that are impactful and meaningful for communities and stakeholders.“This is a call to embody the values of a progressive, responsible academic. It is also a strategic momentum for our association to strengthen its intellectual leadership and visibility on a national scale,” Dr. Delli Sabudu, S.Pd., M.A concluded.
